The Hire Road: Strategy and Support for Success

Our goal is to make hiring as seamless and low-burden as possible for your organization!

For many school systems and nonprofit organizations, filling critical roles, quickly and well, feels like an uphill battle. That’s where our hiring strategy and support services can help! Solving hiring challenges isn’t just about moving faster. It’s about building clarity, consistency, and confidence into every step of the process. We help organizations think beyond the job posting and build smart, sustainable systems to attract, select, onboard, and retain the staff they need. With a strong hiring process in place, we’ve helped clients such as the Go Green Initiative and Washington County Public Schools hire high-quality staff members that uplift their team and contribute positively to their missions.

Our Approach

When the Go Green Initiative (GGI) asked us to help staff several new positions, we jumped in as an extension of their team. We started by mapping the full hiring journey – from job posting to onboarding – and developed an organized project plan to keep everything moving forward. From there, we drafted job descriptions, improved role clarity, designed the application process, coached interviewers, and built candidate-friendly workflows using tools the staff was already familiar with.

How We Deliver

Go Green Initiative

In just three months, we supported the Go Green Initiative in hiring and onboarding two new team members – both of whom are now thriving in their roles and exceeding expectations. Since then, we’ve brought on a new contractor, began onboarding another team member, and have launched a search for an additional position. Our process is fast, thoughtful, and designed to deliver high-quality results every time.

Washington County

Public Schools

With Washington County Public Schools, we partnered with the HR department to lead a comprehensive hiring redesign. Together, we updated job descriptions, developed all-in-one hiring toolkits, and built both internal and external onboarding resources to support a smoother, more consistent experience for staff and new hires alike.

Don’t just take our word for it.

“He's just such an awesome find - I couldn't be more thrilled to welcome him to the team! Great job!!!”

- Jill Buck, Go Green Initiative CEO
